バグ修正
-「HTMLメールのHTML部分を削除したら、HTMLメール用アイコンすらも出ないようにする」をONにしておくと、HTMLメールのHTMLメール部分の削除されたメールで、しかも文字コードの指定が正しくない場合、文字コードの自動判定の結果が日本語に誤判定されることが多いバグ修正。
-リンク形式でファイルを添付する時に、同じ名前のファイルが既に場合はちゃんとエラーになるようにした。（名前を変更して添付することは出来ない）
