バグ修正

-メールのヘッダの解析で保護違反が出た場合に、次回同じメールを受信してまた保護違反が出るバグ修正。保護違反が出た記録がある場合はヘッダのデコードをしないようにして保護違反を出さないようにした。
-メールの解析で保護違反が出た時に、可能なら、保護違反の出た対象メールを「dump_fault_mail.txt」として保存するようにした。
-メールのヘッダの解析や文字コード変換関係の処理で、NULL文字をオーバーして処理することが絶対無いようにした。＆ヘッダのデコードで万が一デコードした方がサイズが大きくなってもバッファオーバーしないようにした。
